We’ll start with an initial meeting to discuss your vision and get to know each other. We know that every couple’s requirements vary depending on personal style, venue, budget and personality so our services will adjust to meet your requirements.

For the couple who want everything covered.  Silvia will help plan the wedding of your dreams from the very beginning to the very end and everything in between.

Services Include:

• Meet for an initial consultation to discuss your wedding wishes, wants and must-haves

• Consultation on all wedding details

• Guidance of marriage requirements

• Wedding documents for religious and civil ceremony in Italy 

• Month-by-month wedding planning schedule

• Review and coordination of all vendor contracts

• Budget creation and guidance

• Assist with creative design ideas, inspiration and color palette assistance

• Research and book vendors (venue, caterer, photographer, florist, etc.)

• Assist with stationary needs (invitations, programs, save-the-dates, etc.)

• Follow up with vendors and confirm details

• Act as your voice with venues and vendors

• Unlimited phone and email questions

• Help plan and oversee rehearsal dinner

• Oversee and assist with ceremony/reception set up and tear down

• Provide up to 10 hours of onsite management and guidance

• Follow up post-wedding day with anything that needs to be addressed

• Set up of décor and distribution of personal floral

• Greet wedding vendors and be point of contact the day of wedding

• Management of daily schedule and in accordance of itinerary
  (photos, cake cutting, first dance, etc.)

• Complete management and coordination services on day of wedding
